3. Services Overview

- Our Website allows you to create personalized digital wish cards with custom text (e.g., a recipient’s name or personal message).
- Some products (designs) are free, while others require payment.
- You can see a preview of the final product before purchase. Upon purchase, the watermark is removed, and a unique link is provided for viewing the final product.
- The final product may combine image and HTML to produce a special “page-opening effect.” The .html portion of the product is not directly downloadable, but the image design may be downloadable.
- You can share the final product on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and tag friends subject to the respective platform’s rules.

4. User Accounts and Social Login

We do not offer traditional “user registrations.” Instead, you log in through third-party platforms like Facebook, Google, or Instagram. By logging in via these platforms, you agree to abide by their Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies. We may store your email address and social media user ID to facilitate login and communicate purchase confirmations.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment Processor:
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store any payment card information.

Transaction Records:
We store transaction-related data (user email, transaction ID, purchase amount, user ID) for record-keeping and technical support.

Refund Policy:
Since you can preview the final product before purchasing, we do not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied. A refund is only available if a technical issue prevents you from receiving your product.

Cancellation:
Once you start the creation process and proceed to payment, you cannot cancel the order.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

- Content Input: You are responsible for the text you enter (e.g., the recipient’s name, message). This content must be lawful and must not infringe on third-party rights.
- Sharing: You have the right to share your purchased content on social media or with friends. However, you may not circumvent or bypass payment requirements or share watermarked previews as if they were purchased.
- Prohibited Use: You agree not to use our Website or products for unlawful or harmful activities, including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.

7. Intellectual Property

- Ownership: All design templates, images, and HTML components are owned by us or licensed to us.
- Limited License: Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the final product for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may share it on social media or among friends.
- Unauthorized Distribution: You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or exploit the designs in any manner that competes with or detracts from our commercial offerings.

8. Limitation of Liability

- No Liability for Misuse: We are not responsible for any unlawful or inappropriate use of the final product by users.
- Website Availability: We strive to keep the Website operational but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our Website or products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the jurisdiction of Strategnetic LLC’s principal place of business. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the state where Strategnetic LLC is registered or by another agreed-upon dispute resolution process.
